Bugs

Just a point to ponder -- what's up with the fear of bugs? I admit it, I'm a wuss when it comes to killing bugs and spiders. But why? Most of them are completely harmless, and all of them are a tiny fraction of my size. So what is it about a penny-sized critter that scares me so much?
