Edit - Undo

My coworkers and I were talking today about how nice it would be to have the "edit-undo" feature (used in Microsoft products) apply to other areas in our lives. Wouldn't it be great if we could just "undo" saying something we shouldn't have said? Or doing something that made you feel really stupid? Or even ... "Oh man, I shouldn't have ordered this chicken marsala. Edit-undo ... now I want the chicken parmesan instead."

Too bad life doesn't work that way :)
