"Firsts"

Jason and I got new bikes this summer and went on our first ride together tonight. Fun fun! Well, except for when we took a detour off the main bike trail and ended up knee-high in a field of weeds. Yeah ... that wasn't so fun.

I'm donating blood on Saturday for the first time. I'm a bit nervous but also excited. My dad had blood transfusions at different times throughout his illness, and the thought of helping someone else out in the same way makes me happy.

Jason and I will soon be going camping together for the first time! We've eached camped separately before, but I have never shared a tent with my husband and I am quite looking forward to it.

And last but not least, in a couple weeks for my mom's birthday, my mom, my sister and I are all getting pedicures. We've never done it before, so I hope we enjoy :)
